Return & Refund Policy
Every LunoGuard kit is cut for one specific watch reference, so we don't offer change of mind returns. If your kit doesn't fit your watch, you're covered by our 30 Day Fit Guarantee.

30 Day Fit Guarantee
If your kit doesn't fit the watch reference it was made for, contact us at info@lunoguard.com.au within 30 days of your order arriving. Please include your order number, a photo or video of your watch, and a photo or video of the film you received, with all the pieces clearly visible. Our team will review it and be in touch. If we sent the wrong kit by mistake, we'll express ship the correct kit to you the next business day. If there's a fit issue with the kit itself, we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Ordered the Wrong Reference
Please check your reference number on your warranty card or caseback before ordering. If you've chosen the wrong one, email us straight away and we'll update your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet. If your order has already arrived, we can't issue a refund for an incorrect selection. You're welcome to return the kit in the same packaging it arrived in, with return shipping at your cost. Once we receive it, we'll ship you the correct kit for your watch. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the right reference and give you the return address.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us at info@lunoguard.com.au with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Change of Mind
Because each kit is cut for a specific reference, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, whether the kit has been opened or not.

Cancellations
Orders are final once placed and can't be cancelled. If you need to correct your reference or address, email us straight away and we'll update your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet.

10 Year Film Warranty
The film is covered for 10 years against yellowing and cracking. If either happens, email us with your order number and a photo of the film, and we'll send you a replacement kit.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@lunoguard.com.au.

Your Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If you live outside Australia, nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under your local consumer laws.
