Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

International Shipping

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Delays

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. LunoGuard is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
